This award is open to law firms that have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and effectiveness in resolving disputes through ADR methods, such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or other non-litigation approaches.
Judges will consider the following criteria:
✦ADR Expertise: Demonstrated deep knowledge and understanding of various ADR methods, processes, and techniques.
✦Track Record: Successful resolution of complex disputes through ADR, including notable cases or achievements in achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
✦Innovation and Creativity: Introduction of innovative strategies or approaches in utilizing ADR to resolve disputes more efficiently, cost-effectively, or with enhanced outcomes.
✦Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and testimonials from clients regarding the law firm’s ADR services, responsiveness, and overall client experience.

Eligibility: This award is open to law firm teams, with at least some members based in the Middle East. Each law firm is allowed only one entry.
Entry criteria: For this award, entries should focus on a single corporate deal with a significant Middle East element. The deal should set new standards in the delivery of legal services and demonstrate the law firm’s market-leading position. The entry should provide an overview of the deal’s key features, explain its significance, and outline the team’s role.
Judges will consider the following criteria:

✦Project management skills
✦Team working
✦Client satisfaction and value for money
Submission Requirements: The online entry form or document submission should adhere to the following sections and word limits:
✦Deal Outline: Describe the deal and its importance in 150 words.
✦Team’s Role: Explain the team’s role in the deal, including details of team members and the lead lawyer. Highlight how the team excelled in terms of legal expertise and innovation, project management skills, and team working in 400 words.
✦Outcomes: Provide evidence of client satisfaction and the value brought by the team. Describe the difference made by the team in 250 words.
